What we need

We are looking for a Director, HR Systems and Operations to join our Human Resources team.  You will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and operations within the organization. This role requires expertise in HR systems, particularly Workday, and a deep understanding of HR process and operations.

What we do

HR Systems and Operations is responsible for the delivery of seamless, high-quality services to the organization in partnership with the HR team for the effective design, launch, and delivery support of programs and tools in a way that enhances the employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the team managing and enhancing our HR technology platforms, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery, and driving process improvements to support organizational goals and objectives. Partner with the entire HR team to design, execute and make the end-to-end employee lifecycle easy and intuitive.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Workday and other HR System and integrations to support HR program deliverables. Create the digital roadmap and governance structure for future configurations, products and upgrades.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability of HR operations.
  • Partner, collaborate and develop strong relationships with HR leaders to understand business needs in support of the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and major functional objectives.

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR systems and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and with deep expertise in Workday, and a combination of HR data, technology, integrations, and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing HR systems, particularly Workday, including configuration, integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Workday certifications) are a plus.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
