As a key Global Talent Development team member, the Senior Manager will play a central role in providing high-quality support for the Learning & Development team.

This role is responsible for leading organization-wide needs assessment and curriculum design for global functions. You will ensure we have the skills we need to meet our business strategies and plans while fostering our unique, innovative learning culture. This position is responsible for leading high-impact, strategic projects and initiatives globally that align with and advance business objectives. A major focus will be working with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and manage content and training sessions, create and deliver content, design and facilitate training customized content tailored to various teams and business functions, and lead onboarding/orientation programs, including providing direction to global teams to ensure consistency and alignment.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

  • Collaborate with executive leaders and other key stakeholders to understand business strategies and identify learning and skill gaps.
  • Lead the vision and execution of high-impact projects and initiatives adoption across the organization.
  • Design, plan, and conduct global needs assessments in support of global learning and development solutions that include professional, leadership, and executive development.
  • Create and refine ongoing solutions based on business needs, learning portfolio performance, stakeholder input, scale, and efficiency.
  • Continually adapt, innovate, and execute for a best-in-class learner experience and delivery.
  • Align and resource learning solutions to support both current business needs and longer-term strategies.
  • Manage current and evolving vendor portfolio, staying attuned to high-quality, innovative providers in the field.
  • Provide reporting to determine the effectiveness of overall learning solutions. Partner with People and Culture Center of Excellence Leads, HR Business Partners, Business Functions, Communications, and other partners to integrate work.
  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training. 


  • A degree in learning and development or related certifications in adult learning theory, needs analysis, learning design, and evaluation methodology.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Keen attention to detail, action-oriented, innovative, ability to generate ideas and execute quickly, and demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working across geographic regions and cultures.
  • Experience using both quantitative and qualitative measures to identify gaps and evaluate results.
