People Operations Coordinator

We seek a People Ops Coordinator to join our collaborative team in the effort to grow the LineVision team size by 40% while improving the employee experience every step of the way. From recruiting to hiring, onboarding to employee engagement events, you will play a key supporting role in making LineVision a great place to work.

What will you do?

Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives

  • Take ownership of new employee day-one orientation processes, making the start to LineVision one to remember
  • Support recruiting efforts from the back office, tracking progress, managing candidates through our HRIS Paylocity, posting roles and interacting with talent acquisition on our performance based hiring processes.
  • Become an ambassador for the employee experience, increase engagement and retention by identifying and taking steps to improve the employee experience at every stage.
  • Within Three Months:
    • Learn LineVision’s hiring process, and assist through your first cohort of new hires
    • Become proficient in Paylocity, LineVision’s HRIS system
    • Be curious, ask why. Your fresh eyes on an existing system are a great asset
  • Within Six Months:
    • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline hiring and orientation practices
    • Take ownership and drive a process improvement to implementation
    • Contribute ideas, feedback and meaningful insights to People Team meetings
  • Within a Year and Beyond:
    • With your excellent support, the People team thrives
    • Contribute cross-functionally in efforts to improve the employee experience
    • Identify your growth path, your passions guide your development
