This beautiful property in Downtown Austin has 801 guest rooms, and this Human Resources Team supports approximately 350 team members that keep the hotel running. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for helping others and going above and beyond to help team members Thrive and feel supported. With a least two years of Human Resources Generalist experience, the next person who steps into this role needs to feel comfortable embracing a variety of Human Resources tasks in a high volume office including, but not limited to:

Sustaining a robust recognition program; Managing FMLA and other leave processes; assisting in the completion of benefits enrollment

A Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability.
