Job Summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Human Resources to align our human resources initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.  In this role, you will serve as the primary HR contact and advisor to provide support to leaders, managers and Associates (employees) to better understand and utilize Human Resources tools, processes, and policies, maximizing organizational effectiveness, improving performance and ensuring compliance. You will work cross-functionally to advise and counsel leaders and Associates (employees) on people-related matters. The Manager, Human Resources will exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and be seen as a key resource and advocate for Associates and management. What you need to be considered for the role:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related field required.
  • Six (6) or more years related HR experience required.
  • Experience in a human resources business partner role in corporate office required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, recruitment programs and selection processes, manufacturing operations, and relational database utilization.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and being able to meet deadlines while working through interruptions.
  • Advanced level of operations in MS Office Suite and HRIS.


  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) designation highly desired.




Bachelors Degree or better in Human Resource Management.
