Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administrative function to ensure efficient operation of the Human Resources Department for CNE Medical Group.
The HR Coordinator is the liaison between the CNEMG HR Team, the Talent and Acquisition Team and CNEMG Employees.
The HR Coordinator proactively identifies areas of concern or issues unique to the organization, anticipates upcoming project needs and plans resources to efficiently meet project and department requirements.
Coordinates with other CNE departments and operating units as required.
Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in human resources.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated ability to use initiative and independent judgment.
Exceptional customer service skills are required as well as the ability to preserve and protect confidentiality.
Experience In All Microsoft Office Applications Also Required.
