The Sr. Talent Advisor provides full cycle recruitment expertise for a variety of assigned positions which may include recruitment requests for specialized customers and openings that are challenging to fill. This role will work with leaders to understand ATI strategic business needs and build sophisticated recruitment strategies for designated regions/functions to align with goals. Responsibilities include all full-cycle recruitment support from sourcing to offer generation, but this role will also be responsible for leading key talent management projects, implementing process improvements, and providing guidance and mentorship to Talent Advisors.


• Create and oversee strategy and timelines for key talent management projects and align all project milestones, keeping projects on track and on time.

• Lead key recruiting initiatives from diversity and inclusion, employee branding and other programs

• Identify, design, and implement processes, systems, and tools to support and align program roadmaps concept-to-launch, incorporating milestones across departments, to ensure all projects are supported to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

• Build strong relationships to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and partners across HR to ensure processes and timelines are aligned and effectively communicated.

• Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Hiring Managers on developing recruiting strategies, reporting on recruiting metrics, and driving continuous improvement

• Coach and mentor Talent Advisors in a dotted line reporting framework.

• Manage problem solving and escalations to ensure hiring goals and results are met.


Must live locally in Arizona, preferrably in the Phoenix or Tucson market

Minimum Education


• Bachelor’s degree


• Master’s Degree

Min Experience


• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions/state/locations

• 1+ years’ experience driving talent and recruitment initiatives

• Healthcare experience


• Healthcare recruitment experience

• SHRM certification (SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty or SHRM SCP)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Deep understanding of industry and market trends

• Solid understanding of how to recruit multiple disparate positions simultaneously

• Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information

• Sound judgment and ability to anticipate needs and problems

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

• Ability to work independently as all as interact and communicate with all organizational levels

• Demonstrated mastery of negotiation
